Nexclesia, our church-management product, has its own privacy policy at nexclesia.io/privacy. It covers the data churches and their members store in Nexclesia and in the Nexclesia app.

What we collect on this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no sign-in. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and hosting providers, under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and for our business records, and then delete it.

Your rights
